Building community and supporting gender equality are pillars of Elettra’s life: her passion for these issues has led her to join and collaborate with many different associations, like the Swiss Women's Audiovisual Network (SWAN), of which she’s part of the executive committee. SWAN is a non-profit that aims to establish gender equality and diversity in the Swiss audiovisual industry. She’s also a member of the Business Professional Women (BPW), an association that defends the interests of professionally active women and promotes equal opportunities for women in the work field. Elettra recently took part in one of their events to talk about her professional career to middle school girls.
